The Opportunity
Alpha School is launching a national summer camp program that converts families into full-time school enrollment. Your first mission: build the growth engine for this summer’s launch across multiple markets, from awareness to registration to post-experience conversion.
The model is unlike anything else in education. Families pay premium pricing per week/month/summer for their kids to experience the real Alpha school. 50% convert to school enrollment at or above elite private school tuition rates. The rest convert to Alpha’s remote learning products. Every week of camp is a sales funnel disguised as the best week of a kid’s summer.
You are not starting from zero. Alpha has an established brand, an established quality bar, and a parent community platform already in motion. What we don’t have is someone who can instrument the full funnel, activate every channel, and turn interest into registrations at the pace this launch demands.
This is your first challenge. As you prove it out, you’ll expand to year-round school enrollment growth and broader product GTM across Alpha’s portfolio.

Who We Are
Alpha School is a network of the world’s most advanced AI-focused private schools. Our students complete their core academics in 2 hours using AI-powered learning, then spend the rest of their day on life skills, entrepreneurship, and real-world projects. Alpha students consistently outperform grade level while spending a fraction of the time in traditional instruction.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Growth
- Build and run the full summer camp funnel: awareness, lead capture, conversion, retention, and referral across multiple markets (Hamptons, Austin, and expanding).
- Activate every channel that moves the needle: email campaigns, social content, local influencer partnerships, directory and marketplace listings, school and community partnerships, referral programs, and executive brand amplification.
- Work within Alpha’s established brand alongside our creative team. We build trust through social proof, testimonials, referrals, and authentic content. Not ads.
- Launch in multiple markets simultaneously with localized messaging, channel mix, and pricing strategies while maintaining brand consistency. This role includes travel to launch markets.
GTM Engineering
- Build conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics so every channel and every dollar can be measured.
- Own the registration and enrollment experience. You see a broken conversion path and you fix it, whether that means rewriting copy, restructuring the page, or working with engineering to rebuild the flow.
- Automate lead scoring, nurture sequences, and campaign operations. You think in systems, not one-off campaigns.
- Instrument everything. If we cannot measure it, we do not do it.
AI-First Workflow
- Use AI as your default tool, not a nice-to-have. You write copy with AI, build audiences with AI, analyze campaign data with AI, and automate repetitive workflows with AI. Your first instinct for any new task is “how would I do this with an agent?”
- Punch above your weight. One person with AI tools should outperform a traditional team of five. You will design workflows where AI handles personalization, content generation, lead scoring, and campaign optimization so you can focus on strategy and creative.
Who We’re Looking For
We evaluate candidates in this order:
- Mission Alignment. You are deeply compelled by the need to rebuild education from the ground up, and you believe AI is the lever that makes it possible. This is not a box to check.
- Operator First, Strategist Second. You have built marketing functions, not just managed them. You can write the email copy, set up the tracking, negotiate the influencer deal, and brief leadership on what’s working, all in the same day.
- High Agency. You do not wait for permission or perfect information. You ship, measure, learn, and iterate. You are comfortable owning outcomes in fast-moving environments where the playbook doesn’t exist yet.
- GTM Engineering Depth. You think like an engineer: you build funnels, instrument analytics, automate workflows, and optimize conversion at every stage.
- AI-First Mindset. You use AI tools daily in your own work. You see AI as a force multiplier that lets you operate at a level a traditional marketing team could not match.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing experience, strong preference for at least 3 years building a marketing function from early stage.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth (registrations, enrollments, revenue) in a high-consideration B2C environment. Education, premium family services, or membership models are a strong plus.
- Experience marketing to high-net-worth families is a significant advantage. You understand that trust, social proof, and community matter more than volume and discounts in this demographic.
- Hands-on GTM engineering experience: you have personally built and optimized funnels, set up attribution systems, automated nurture sequences, and made data-driven channel allocation decisions.
- Experience with multi-market or multi-location launches, including event and experiential marketing.
- You have personally built and optimized email campaigns, landing pages, and conversion funnels. Not just directed others to do it.

The summer camp is the tip of the spear: a national program that introduces families to Alpha and converts them into long-term enrollment. If you succeed, you will have built the scalable acquisition model for a school network that is redefining what education looks like.
This is not a role where you optimize an existing machine. This is a role where you accelerate one that’s already moving.
About the Team
You will join a small, high-agency team of builders, marketers, and educators. You will report to the Project Director and work alongside our creative team, product leads, and the engineering team.
