Who We Are

The SuperBuilders program is an elite team of AI Engineers, product developers, marketers, and researchers operating under a single, unified principle: AI-First. We are the innovation engine for a network of the world's most advanced AI-focused private schools, including Alpha School, GT School, Montessorium, and the Texas Sports Academy.

We are inspired by the concept of the "Superbuilder" as a startup's X-factor [1]. We are a team of high-agency individuals who take ownership, build end-to-end, develop dominant domain expertise over learning science, and are obsessed with shipping products that matter.

What is a Superbuilder?

A Superbuilder is not a traditional engineer. You are a force of nature, a builder-leader who is energized by creating, not just managing. You operate across the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and research to coding, deployment, and marketing. You don't just use AI tools; you think and build in an AI-native way, fundamentally reimagining how products are created in the age of intelligence.

What You'll Do

• Build and Ship: You will design, develop, and deploy full-stack, AI-native educational applications that will be used by thousands of students.
• Own End-to-End: You will take ideas from concept to reality, participating in every stage of the product development process.
• Leverage AI: You will utilize the latest AI tools and techniques to accelerate your workflow and build capabilities that were previously impossible.
• Ground Your Work in Science: You will ensure that your products are not just technologically impressive, but are also grounded in the principles of learning science to maximize educational impact.
• Collaborate and Lead: You will work alongside a team of other world-class Superbuilders, contributing to a culture of high standards, psychological safety, and relentless execution.
