Texas Sports Academy exists to end that tradeoff. Our model pairs a 2-hour, AI-powered academic day with 4 hours of structured athletic training — coached by former NFL, NBA, MLB, and D1 athletes. Students learn 2–5x faster through mastery-based, 1:1 AI tutoring, then spend their afternoons developing as athletes.

What You'll Build

Sports Training Apps — We want to put an elite coach in every student's pocket. You'll build AI-powered training apps that deliver personalized drills, technique breakdowns, and real-time feedback directly to students' phones. Think sport-specific skill development programs guided by AI — so a volleyball player in rural Texas gets the same caliber coaching intelligence as a kid training with a $1000/hr trainer. Video analysis, drill libraries, progress tracking, and coach-athlete communication — all mobile-first, all built for the way young athletes actually learn.

Holistic Athletic Development — Elite athletes aren't just skilled — they move well. You'll build tools that track and develop the complete athlete: mobility assessments, strength benchmarks, injury prevention protocols, nutrition tracking, mental performance, and recovery. The goal is a longitudinal development profile for every student — so coaches can see not just how fast a kid runs, but whether their movement patterns put them at risk, whether they're progressing on flexibility and core stability, and what their body actually needs next. We're building the athletic development infrastructure that most pro teams will wish they had.

Texas Sports Academy Community — Texas Sports Academy is scaling to tens of thousands of student-athletes across the country. You'll build the community platform that connects them — peer groups, coach interactions, parent engagement, content sharing, leaderboards, challenges, and the social layer that makes Texas Sports Academy feel like a movement, not just a school. This is where students find training partners, share highlights, celebrate each other, and stay plugged into the Texas Sports Academy culture whether they're at a physical campus or training at a partner facility across the state.

School Operations — We need AI-powered tooling to manage thousands of students at scale. You'll build the operational backbone of Texas Sports Academy: enrollment and admissions workflows, campus scheduling, coach management, parent communication, and billing systems. As an example, we're already building an AI sales chatbot that talks to prospective parents, walks them through how our schools work, answers their questions about the 2-hour academic model and sports training, and guides them through enrollment — all without a human in the loop. You'll build more systems like this — tools that let a small team run a large, growing network of schools.

Educational Apps — You'll build the apps and tools that measure and accelerate the educational growth of our students. Learning analytics dashboards, mastery tracking, assessment tools, and reporting systems that give coaches, parents, and school operators a clear picture of every student's academic trajectory.
